Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any address (home, work, etc.). Unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders with payments via Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, KBC/CBC, Belfius, PayPal, IDEAL, will be shipped:
-Belgium: if we receive your order before 3pm it is packed and handed over to our courier the same day. Delivery with Bpost usually takes 1 or 2 working days.
-The Netherlands & Luxembourg: if we receive your order before 3pm it is packed and handed over to our courier the same day. Delivery usually takes up to 3-5 working days.
-All other EU-countries: if we receive your order before 3pm it is packed and handed over to our courier the same day. Delivery can usually takes up to 3-5 working days.
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, it might take a little longer for us to ship your order, because of the processing time. These orders are shipped as soon as your payment has arrived on our account.
When your delivery is delayed, we will notify you.
Please be advised that delivery times may be a little longer during sales periods or other promotional actions.
All orders are usually shipped with Bpost. After you have received your shipment confirmation e-mail, your order will be delivered within the next few days in most cases. However, we cannot give any guarantees here. If, after a period of 7 days, your order should not have arrived, please make sure to send us an e-mail on: email@example.com
Do you also deliver on weekends?
No orders are being shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the next working day.
How much are the shipping costs?
* For shipments inside EUROPE shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout
* For shipments to the REST of THE WORLD, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
* Pick-up in our shop in Nieuwpoort is free of charge.
How do I know when my order is being shipped?
As soon as your order is processed and handed over to our courrier, we will notify you via your preferred method of communication.
How does pick-up in Nieuwpoort work?
If you have chosen to pick up your order in our shop in Nieuwpoort, please notify us briefly, via e-mail or phone, when you wish to collect your order. You can reach us at email@example.com or call +32 (0)58 23 20 03 (7/7 between 10.00 & 18.00).
